New and Notable: A New Construction Update
It’s hard to miss the construction boom that has happened in and around Sarasota, but it is exciting to watch the progress and growth of this city I love so much! I’m happy to share with you some of the more recent developments that my brokerage, Michael Saunders & Company, has been a part of. The Residences on Longboat Key
Coming up on the key where I live is the much anticipated development, The Residences on Longboat Key. Located on the former site of The Colony Beach & Tennis Resort, this prime piece of waterfront real estate will become home to three 5-story buildings of 78 condos and a hotel.
Though still in the early phases of development, here’s what we know so far:
