Your Realtor – A Virtual Adventure Expert!

For Realtors, great service has always meant accommodating the needs of our customers. Virtual tours and communicating by phone, electronically, and overnight mail has been the only way to go for the many home buyers coming to Sarasota from other states. The entire process can be handled sight-unseen – not something new, but almost a requirement these days. I am here to anticipate and help facilitate any service from comparison market analysis to contract negotiations to closing. This includes virtual tours, scheduling a home inspection and appraisal, recommending a mortgage lender, coordinating your closing process, referring a home or title insurer and more.  In fact, I have had clients that have purchased homes and I did not get to meet them in person until moving day!

Now, during the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic, virtual home shopping has become more of a priority than an option and I am happy to say that it was a smooth transition. Every year, the technology improves as well and research, reports, documentation, and financial transfers are secure, online, and fast. The real estate industry has been a leader in making the move (pun intended) to online everything for speed and accuracy, but mostly, for the convenience of our customers.

According to the National Association of Realtors, in 2019, 93 percent of home buyers shopped online during the process, and although that is not a surprise, a full 86 percent of them turned to a Realtor for assistance. I love helping people find their new home, and as always, I am committed to helping them make it as low-stress as possible. 

Recently, I hosted a Facebook Live virtual tour - a first for me but a lot of fun. I currently have three listings in a popular Bay Isles community and was able to showcase not only the highlights of each condo, but the community amenities as well.
